questions for FL hunters

I am in the military and have the possibility of being stationed in Florida. What is the season for deer both for shotgun and bow? How young can a boy start hunting in Fl? Thank you for any help. Brent Goddard

Brent, the seasons vary depending on your location. Florida is divided into 3 zones. The bow season is usually 30 days long and the muzzleloading season is 9 days long. Gun season is around 70 days long. I believe a child can hunt with supervision starting at the age of 12. We have a 2 deer per day limit in all seasons and their is no season limit.
