Superstitions

Question:

I have a rifle that I won’t take hunting. The first season I carried it out in the field I saw a lot of does but no bucks. Since I hunt in a buck only area of Northern NY I believe this rifle is a doe gun and that I won’t see any bucks if I carry it. I have a rifle that seemed to be "anti-hunting" the first two seasons I took it  out… First season I had an antelope tag, and saw zero antelope in the authorized  area. Second time I had a deer tag and had a "misfeed" on my only shot opportunity. This season, again with a deer tag, I learned that this rifle is only  "anti-buck".  ;-)         -jc- – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text ->CHARLIE GIVEN >Ex-Military, Gun Loving, NRA Lifetime Member, Right-Wing Nut. >My views are mine alone as nobody else would own up to them.

It’s been passed along to me that one should never hunt waterfowl with an even number of decoys. Even numbers make singles feel that there’s no one available for them. ;) scott
