Stainless or blued steel for a hunting rifle

Does any one have an opinion on Stainless barrels Vs traditional blued barrels and actions, and are they worth the extra cost? I can see the advantage as far as rust goes, but do the perform as well and is the bright stainless a disadvantage when hunting? I’m about to put my order in for a LH .270 (had enough of trying to use RH rifles), and I hope to select a rifle I’m not going to upgrade at a later date (and pay the extra cost I suppose).
