Silvertip vs Bronze Point

Question:

Both the Silvertip and the Bronze Point have reputations for rapid expansion.  If you’re hunting deer or elk, I’d suggest going with a premium bullet like the Nosler Partition or the Trophy Bonded.  They both expand well, but they have a very good reputation for not breaking up if bone is struck. Response:

Anyone have any hunting experiences using Winchester’s Silvertip and Remington’s Bronze Point?  Are they constructed similarily and similar characteristics.  I only have had experience with Silvertips and found the following: 1.  Very very accurate in 180 grain 30.06 factory load (1 MOA out of my Rem 700) 2.  Solid base / no boatail 3.  Has reputation as a penetrator (contorled expansion) 4.  Can’t buy component for long rifle anymore (.308 CAL) I am interested in Bronze Points as I can still buy these a component bullets.
