Redfield Scopes
Question:
> I heard the same thing as well, no actual verification yet?
Redfield followed the path of the Carrier Pigeon some time back…about a year ago. I read an article that talked about difficulties they were having with EPA and decades of hazerdous waste byproducts leaching into the soil surrounding their facility. If my memory serves me, I believe Blount is now producing scopes under the Redfield banner. I would assume that these scopes are make in some Pacific Rim country. I must have been living in a cave for a while but I thought I heard someone say that redfield quit making scopes. Is this true? I couldn’t get into the web page either. Just curious, thanks in advance. Visit the rec.hunting and rec.hunting.dogs FAQ Home Page at: http://sportsmansweb.com/hunting/
