Nikon Titanium UCC Riflescope
Question:
I am considering buying a Nikon Titanium UCC Riflescope but I have looked everywhere for a discription of the Nikoplex reticle. Does anybody know where I can find out what it looks like? I plan on putting it on a Sako M75 stainless rifle, I’ll be glad to hear other suggestions. Thanks in advance…Paul Visit the rec.hunting and rec.hunting.dogs FAQ Home Page at: http://sportsmansweb.com/hunting/

Dunno if you already know this or not but the Nikon Titanium is only partially made from Titanium. If you want a titanium scope which has the whole scope tube, bells , etc made from titanium…I believe Burris’ Mr T model is the only such scope extant. This is the sort of thing that has become standard marketing procedure for Nikon, Pentax, etc. Makes you wonder what else they’re not telling you doesn’t it? joe "The doorway to all freedoms is framed with muskets" –from an old NRA ‘junk mail’ solicitation– Visit the rec.hunting and rec.hunting.dogs FAQ Home Page at: http://sportsmansweb.com/hunting/
