Every one I have talked to says they are very accurate. Have been looking for one myself at the gun shows. Visit the rec.hunting and rec.hunting.dogs FAQ Home Page at: http://sportsmansweb.com/hunting/

I like mine a lot. It will shoot 0.7 moa with my reloads. Not bad for a $225 rifle (5years ago). Pay the little extra for the heavy barrelled model, it’s worth it. I have a Youth Handi Rifle in .243 for my son and it is a good rifle. It is very accurate and it has surprisingly little recoil compared to other guns of the same caliber. Visit the rec.hunting and rec.hunting.dogs FAQ Home Page at: http://sportsmansweb.com/hunting/

I had one in 35 Whelan and the scope mount had to be reworked. It is not designed for large bell scopes. Because of the hammer height, high rings are generally required on the Handi-rifle. Visit the rec.hunting and rec.hunting.dogs FAQ Home Page at: http://sportsmansweb.com/hunting/

I have a 223 Rem with the heavy barrel for coyote and varmit. I have it zeroed at 150 yards and have held 3/4 inch groups from a firm bench rest. I have been very pleased with this gun. Visit the rec.hunting and rec.hunting.dogs FAQ Home Page at: http://sportsmansweb.com/hunting/
