Lets try again: Rules/Laws Agaist Stainless Rifles in Africa

I am looking to set up a 375 H&H rifle. I would like it to be a stainless, as I feel this is a better choice for Alaska, but I also have plans for a trip to Africa down the road, and would like to use it there. Are there any laws agaist stainless guns in Africa? Thank, Vance Walker I don’t speak for Honeywell.

There are no laws concerning what type of metal is used in your weapon in Africa. Of course all semi autos are a no no. I have been setting up hunts to Africa and hunting there since 1976 and have taken my stainless 338 on numerous trips. Ace in Fairbanks Ak

Buy what you want then when you go to africa paint it with some of that protectent paint you see in hunting books, It is spose to wash off
