Moving to Eugen Oregon…

I am a born and raised Oregonian and have done alot of hunting near Eugene. There are excellent populations of blacktail deer just to the west of Eugene and decent populations of elk a little closer to the coast. As for easily hunting elk and cougar, there is nothing easy about hunting elk in Oregon and cougar are nothing more than incidental kills anymore. Stupid Oregon voters voted a few years back to stop bait and hound hunting for both bear and cougar. Now it is next to impossible to bag a cougar.
