best all around hunting

Question:

Well, and this is a biased opinion, but Pierre SD is probably the best bet for all around hunting and fishing.  There are so many things you can do within 15 minutes of your home.  You name it you can hunt, fish, trap or just scope out whatever you want–including Buffolo Just check out www.dakotariver.com to see all the guides and posibilites as well as links to our States Game Fish & Parks web page which further outlines the possibilities and seasons.  Not to mention that land can be bought here for between $200 and $500 an acre so you could get into a 20 acre farm, many times with a home for around $75,000 –$100,000 what a deal! I would be remiss if I didn’t suggest Arizona.  Though almost all hunting is done on gov.  land Arizona offers everything you asked for with the exception of pheasant, which isn’t too far away in Ca.  In addition we also have Both Mule Dear and Whitetail, Elk and Antelope, as well as Rocky Mtn Sheep and some goats.  Also javalina, bear, mountain lion, coyote, and prarie dogs.  Fishing large lakes for large mouth bass, white bass, crappie, and strip bass, high mountain lakes for lake trout and cutthroat, and streams and creeks for rainbow.  One last thing.  Land is available here, though it would not be necessary to go 20 acres unless you just liked all that room, since you won’t have to be confined to hunting on your own property.
